Which side of the ice cream cake force are you on?

My kids (and my husband, for that matter) are obsessed with Star Wars, so when my middle son, Aaron, requested a star wars cake for his birthday, a new design was born!
These two cakes were made for a friend of mine who was having a big birthday party for her son and needed to feed a large number of people.
Even though I don't offer a cake larger than a 1/4 sheet, I can theme different size cakes together so that there will be enough to serve any number of guests.

9 inch round

My 9" round has quickly become a customer favorite!  This cake serces approximately 16 people and has one full gallon of ice cream in the cake.  This is the perfect baby or wedding shower cake!

Classic 1/4 sheet cake

This is my original ice cream cake creation.  It is a 1/4 sheet cake and has a gallon and a half of ice cream in it.  I can easily say that it serves 24, but I have heard from various customers that it can feed more depending on the size of slice.  All of my cakes have a delicious filling between the cake and ice cream layers and although I tradtitionally "frost" my cakes with vanilla ice cream, I can easily switch that to chocolate or any other non-chunky ice cream to get a different look and flavor for the cake.  The posibilities are endless!
